Director of Client Operations

Known for her outgoing personality, intellect and exceptional communication skills, Mary-Blanche is a natural-born leader. As Hinge’s Director of Client Operations she’s responsible for managing the day-to-day client operational policies, tools and systems for the organization; as well as overseeing our employee training programs and professional development initiatives.

Over her career, she has developed special expertise in digital content management, website development and leading internal cross-functional teams.

She has also been instrumental in new product development at Hinge. For instance, she managed the team that produced our innovative high-performance website framework, a powerful but affordable marketing platform for professional services firms.
